Got into a car wreck and was quoted a new bumper. Would rather put an armor bumper on it then stock, so looking for bumper recommendations. I'm looking at either ARB or trail gear. Looking for something pretty much bolt on that holds a winch.

A lot of people have the ARB and really like it. ARB makes great quality stuff.

If I were you I'd go with one of the venders on the site though. They all make awesome armor and it can be customized to your liking.

@RelentlessFab, @Pelfreybilt, and @Bruteforce Fab are just a few. Check the list on the left side of the homepage for more!

With your year 98-00 I believe the trail gear and arb are the only two that are 100% bolt on. For most the manufacturers you must cut 3" off the frame horns and re-weld a mounting plate as 98-00 1st gens have a different frame. Relentless fab is one of my favorite looking but they take 6-8 months to build you one. Also pelfreybilt does not produce bumpers for 1st gens unfortunately. For the rear though I am pretty sure all off-road style bumpers bolt right up.
