Weird shudder/vibration

05 DCLB 4x4

05 dc 4x4 sometimes has a brief shudder/vibration <5 mph only when steering wheel is turned left. Like turning out of driveway or from a stop sign. Has OEM steel wheels and just a regular set of street tires so it's not rubbing anywhere. I got the truck a year ago and it's always done it. I leveled it with 5100s several months ago and it may be a little less frequent but then again it may just be placebo because I drive it like once a week. Any ideas?
