I added it to mine. Took about 5 minutes with a gentex mirror from bobs mirrors.

Power seats are nice I had them in my GMC Sierra. But I don't need it. I adjusted my seat the day I left the Toyota dealer and havent touched it since. Same when I bought the gmc. It's just not important to have. IMO

I would love to be able to raise the front of the seat about an inch or so, I wouldn't care if it was power or manual.

Little tree air fresheners. Clazzio black leather seat covers.
Why are people overly obsessed with power seats? I don't understand it.
Typically most vehicles have one driver. So you're gonna set the seat to the one position you prefer and chances are you won't change it. I personally am glad my Tacoma doesn't have power seats. One less thing that you have to worry about. And one less reason to talk to the jackasses at the dealership.

I like power seats because they are typically 6 or 8 way. I always tilt the seat bottom up to accommodate for my longer legs.

I miss the old SR5 seats that had adjustable bolsters

I don't get why everyone bashes power this power that, or oh its just going to break.

My 2002 ford truck had power seats, power mirrors and a power sliding rear window and not once was there a single issue with any of it.

And for the fanboys, if Ford can do it and make it last 14 years, Toyota can too right?

Most, if not all, modern cars now days have memory settings. My '06 TBSS was able to store 2 settings; seat and side view mirrors can be moved and with the push of a button the seat and mirrors are back to my preference.

Another feature with some power seats that I don't see many talk about is the ability for the seat to move down to ease getting in and out of the vehicle. My TBSS did that, but I didn't really care for it much. It was cool at first, but it just takes too long for it to get to position when hopping out. Think I turned that feature off, but ended up turning it back on because it was better for getting in.
