Factory Third Member with 3.9 Gears

2.7L 4x4's have 4.10's stock. Might post a photo of the 3.9 stamped into the ring gear. Good gear for an 2.7L 4x2 with a 29" or so tire.
My .02 cents. *That's not worth .02 cents!*

 

AZ, in addition... V6 trucks have 3.73s stock, so like OP said this is a little better and would be great for slightly larger tires. So really it's a good gear for all the trucks, it will make your 2.7 more efficient and your 4.0 more responsive (And honestly, maybe even more efficient) GLWS OP.

What's involved in installing this? Not nearly as complicated as re-gearing just swap them in and out?

 

Yeah, just pull out your 3rd and put this one in. No complex gear setup involved

 

Still available if anyone is looking to upgrade their gears, or just wants a spare 3rd member
