What Have You Done To Your 2nd Gen Tacoma Today?

In addition to my tailgate security mod, I decided to spruce up my skid plates by applying a spray on bedliner coating and then doing a little custom touch with a neon green "TRD" logo. Turned out pretty good I think for my first time using this stuff.

Nice project. I bought a 12oz Rattle Can of 4T3 Toyota Base coat From this company and its a perfect match. Going this route you need to also get a can of clear.

Lmk if you want a front view or rear they stick out like 1 inch. I forget the offset on these

 

yes please front do they mount up ok on the 9" wide wheels rt now i've got 285/70/17's on 17x9 4.5bs -12 offset wheels going to need new tires so exploring options

Yeah it is. 430am is approaching quickly. I'm getting my ass kicked in my thread for not being lifted already. Just trying to set the records straight.

 

I take that back the side wall stick out about an inch. Haha. Um yeah they mount perfect I did balance and mount all on my own no problems with rubbing only in revers and wheel cranked left or right. My coworker has 285/70/18 on 18x9 -12 off set and his shet rubs like crazy! Even with cutting and it sits on 3inch spacers. BUT! My other coworker has the open country on 17x9 275/70/17 on a 4inch set up and that thing is like perfect. No cutting or rubbing he loves it. And they do better in the mud then my trail graps

 

i ask you about it also just because i'm excited for you to get it done. it'll happen. i got my coils and struts friday and idk when i'll get to put them in we've had family birthdays all weekend it'll get done just like yours will

thanks that gives me more options. rt now i.ve got a 3" spacer up front but changing over to billies and eibachs i had to remove the mudflaps of course but other than that the only rubbing issue i've had is the very bottom corner of the flare thanks for your time and sharing your pics
