I agree on MAF sensor wires. As you posted above drive side, and koditten pointed out, that is the passenger side that took the hit not the driver side. I'd be shocked if that radiator isn't trash along with the tranny cooler. Is the frame still straight? You have a lot of work ahead of you to repair all the damage. Your issue is most likely a wiring problem now.

Noting the lean in the picture, check the passenger front suspension real well. It looks like it has taken some damage as well.

Passenger Front - Asembled. Note that this has an All-Pro UCA and Uni-Ball not a ball joint. See the disassembled picture below for a stock setup (minus strut/coil spring).

In the picture here, the Outer Tie rod, sway bar link and upper ball joint are all disconnected. Check the Lower Control arm and upper control arm plus coil spring for damage on your vehicle.

The MAF sensor is on the air intake just behind the air filter... make sure it is connected and not damaged. take a look at all the wire harness connections on the front end of the motor.

My 2.7 will start without the MAF connected, but will throw a code immediately and idle like crap

Radiators and grills can be found very cheap on Amazon, Ebay or Rock Auto. I would not even bother with trying to find used. The price would not be much cheaper and you would have your time involved in obtaining used parts. Just get them delivered to your door and save a bunch of headache.

I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but, you will need a core support as well. Again, they are cheap on the above listed sites.

I'm all about rebuilding Toyota trucks. All mine were wrecked worse than yours. I'm pulling for you to get it fixed.

Keep us posted on your accomplishments.

Well. Frame might be bent a bit radiator won't slide in kinda hits the frame a bit. Hard to work on it at the moment myself with my chest contusion. Thank everyone for all the help and advice. So the far right wire was pulled out of the assembly. I pushed it back in and it seemed to be getting gas. Should I take it apart and see if it needs to be secured and inserted?

Its gonna have to come apart sometime and reconnected, I don't think it is the most important thing at present. Need to work on getting that sheet metal replaced/straightened.

If the radiator won't side in, then the frame rail got pushed in ward. Might have to use a come along to pull it to where it supposed to be.

koditten is right. Make sure the frame, radiator core and front suspension are good to go before worrying about the wiring issue. You have already identified the problem, so it should be and easy fix later. Are you in a part of Virginia that does inspections (I don't know anything about Virginia DMV)? I ask, because I had a friend in the norfolk area that got knocked about suspension system damage after he had a similar incident. He had to pull it apart, get it welded and checked by a repair shop and then have his safety inspection again. In the end, he did a better job than the repair shop, but he did pass inspection after.
