I ordered one of these to cut up so I didn't have to hack apart them OEM one. plus they come separated anyway (at least the paint to match one does)

Any luck guys? I already cut out the center on mine but life got in the way and it been sitting on my workbench for almost a month now. I got the fiberglass kit sitting there right next to it. I'm glad I bought this spare or else I would've been riding around grill less.

    Pics of your progress?

I ended up ordering the raptor style grill insert from bpfabricating and now I'm just trying to get time to actually do it.

What does this bring the total cost of a DIY raptor to?

Are ya'll repainting this or am I missing the paint-to-match option? I only see the dark gray available.

The paint to match one come black with no clear coat so you can paint yourself.

I am still not seeing paint to match option. This link brings me to the black grille with dark gray surround, which is the base model grille, with no options to change to paint to match. How are you seeing that option?

Are you confusing it with Paint Matched?

They must have changed the wording. I bought the $36 one. PN: 28875-04027758

My 05 grill arrived today. As you can see it's a nice charcoal grey color, no Toyota badge. It came with weather striping on the top already attached. It's made out of a nice hard plastic. It did come in a pretty beat up box but it had no signs of sipping damage. It does however have a scratch on it. Nothing too bad. I may try writing the company and see what that gets me but overall for how cheap it is I can't complain. I'll post before and after pics once I put it on this weekend.
