For anyone who's still having an issue with a wet passenger floor board and still scratching your head then check this out. I thought it was my AC condensation line was clogged at first. Then I thought it was my windshield cowling but that wasn't it. Turns out there is a rubber grommet again the firewall/fender size that was push out exposing a hole. When it would rain water would run down the windshield and run down the firewall in to the floor board.
