Picking up my 2017 this weekend

Dealer let me know that the truck should be delivered in a couple of days. I'm going to ask him to check the ATF before I take delivery. Is there any way that I can be sure that they actually checked the fluid level and didn't just tell me that they did? I want to give them the benefit of the doubt, but then again...I don't.

I fully expect them to say they've never had anyone ask to check the ATF, so I'm thinking I'll print out a few dozen posts from TW. But is there anything official from Toyota or any other reputable source saying they have had an issue with the ATF in the 2016s? Something I can point at to force them to check it?

Tell them you won't leave and/or won't sign final papers until it's checked manually. You can confirm by either watching outside the bay or crawl under to see fluid evidence on the drain hole area.
