Lol, No aliens here, however earlier this week I made a post about some issues I'm having. The skinny for those who don't know: When truck is going slow or stopped, push clutch in and RPMs fall, truck often stalls. When going over 55, shift into nuetron, RPMs shoot up to 3000 and hold for a few seconds then they go to normal idle. When I cold start in the morning RPMs search for a few going up and down then it settles.

Here's the thing I forgot to add in... When I bought the truck the salesman said it had a aftermarket remote start that was unplugged and he showed me the unit (pics below). My question is, why was it taken out? Could this thing have something to do with the issues?? Can anyone tel me how it works so I can try and re attach it?? I know nothing about it.. So many questions, was it installed at PePes tacos and muffler shop? Does it still work? Is the world really a sphere? Madness I say madness!!!! Thanks in advance for any ideas or input!

To be fair I have no idea what that cut off ground went to in the engine bay, just assuming it's apart of it!! Comforting, I know!

Some stuff. Not a lot, just some.
It's worthless without the remote. Did he give you that?

Sounds like some electrical issues that would be difficult to diagnose online since you can't tell what the previous owner did with the remote start. I did have similar symptoms with dying when pushing the clutch in on another car when the neutral position switch on the transmission was going bad. It plays into the fuel cutoff and would cause it to die when coasting and putting the clutch in.
