Just a bunch of old crap
Had my annual physical this morning. I'm down 22# since my last doc visit. First time I've been told I have to actually increase my cholesterol. HDL needs to come up 10 points. Probably due to the fact that I eat so much lean protein and vegetables. Adding some Omega-3's to my diet now.

Been maintaining between 157 and 160 since June 1. But I've gotten out of the rhythm of working out as often. Goal weight was 160, so I'm not out of my weight goals, just not doing what I need to be doing on the exercise front, which was a big part of me getting on my plan.

Not as good as you, that's for sure. But I am also now trying to gain weight. Been staying at 167 no matter how much crap I eat.

I was thinking the same thing!

Regardless, you guys have every right to brag about your progress. It helps us to know it can be done.

You have to expect some :boink:, posting in a weight loss thread about not being able to gain weight. ;)

BTW all, while I have not posted any results here, as I have been making changes for the last 2 years, but I reached a 25% loss milestone today :bananadance:

Funny, I would have thought you would be last person that suffered from low self esteem.

It's a goals thread as well but I see your point. Congrats on the weight loss, staying away from Dennis must really be helping ;)

Its a never ending process, I have been at it for 3 years ups and downs. Set backs are always going to happen with lots of failing, but its a persons choice if they wont to keep going and succeed or give up. its a struggle but way worth the sacrifices.
