hey guys, my XM radio stopped working today. it states "loading" and then no signal for any xm channel

the rest of the stereo works fine.

its a 2016 DCOR and only have 10K miles, trying to figure out if its something simple before I take in to the dealer.

anyone have any issues with their sirius/xm system ?
