Strange in a 265/75/16 the Maxx is 4lbs lighter than the Pro. Maybe the weight for the Pro is wrong too. MTs are almost always heavier than ATs.

Yeah, I'd imagine it's wrong. On tread depot, it has the maxx listed as 55 lbs and the pro 59. In reality the Maxx are 63, so I'd guess the pro are around 66lbs

If you are saying reality is what Cooper gave you then I am not sure I would believe them. When I inquired about tire weights for the same tires several months back they claimed not to know.

Why wouldn't I believe the numbers they gave me? They seem to be on par with what it should be for the size and the beefy sidewall

I have not checked weight on the size in the OPs post because I have 16s. I have checked many sites and they all agree on the weight for the 265/75/16s and the fact that Cooper does not publish weight in their specs and could not provide one when I emailed them. That is why.

Right, but that was months ago. I emailed them for the weight of 285/75r16, and they happily provided it to me. I'm not debating anything other than the weight of that particular size.
