I like the discreet look of the bezel in itself without everything but all of that looks sharp. They're both a very good color match! I'll probably have to do that after a year of ownership or something after I've had it for a while.

Also, are those C4 Fab sliders?

Damn! sorry to hear that. Ask for the order confirmation that way you know its in the system they can supply you with a temp. vin# when the truck is getting built and then the real vin# after its built. It takes a bit to ship from the factory to the port and then to the dealer. Mine took about 3 weeks good luck. You'll have 2017 !

@JJ TACO Thanks, I will do that. At this point three weeks is a cake walk. I'm concerned they won't hold up their end of the deal and honor the 2016 quote.

@clord74 I took your advice and searched on Cargurus.com in a 500 mile radius and it came up with 6 possible matches, unfortunately none are what I have ordered. Fortunately I have 2 other modes of transportation so it's really just a waiting game at this point. Thanks for the idea though.

@ToyOdie they dropped the ball. I would go to the dealership and talk to the general manager and make sure they honor the original deal.

Put tape over letters cut Letters Out letters very carefully.make sure tape is on there really really well and make sure paint dries before removing. I actually took glove box out of truck I used spray paint that I used on the bezels but probably can do with paint pen from dealer

Drove 160 miles yesterday to pick up my 2017 TRD Off Road 4x4 Quicksand. Digging the contrast stitching on seats with accented dash. Very excited!

No offense I think it looks terrible with the inferno colored dash panels and stuff with the quicksand. Toyota should either color coordinate it or do a neutral color like a silver or something

That is strange, I always thought that bezel was for the inferno only. I wouldn't say terrible, but just not feeling that color on the quicksand.

No offence taken. I have come to realize when it comes to taste; to each his own. I see some mods here on TW that I would not personally care for but the owners seem to like it.

The only things I am looking to do to this truck is to change the chrome bumber ends, blackening the emblems (may blacken a portion of the grill, not the toyo logo) and adding letter inserts in the stamped Tacoma in the tailgait. Also want this PT767-35112.

I would love the TRD 17" wheels but not in the budget right now.

    EDIT: Also a tonneau cover

Thanks. Its a beautiful truck, my first truck. I can understand the thought of Quicksand exterior and the orange bezel and accent stitching but they are two separate color schemes. When you are inside the truck the interior makes a statement, a nice one. Onlookers only see the Quicksand and Black on the outside, and chrome unfortunately.

The chrome ends have to go for sure, rrentrop is a TW member and has an ebay store with the same user name and he does great decals, I have a new request out to him now for a custom one!
