    Hey Everyone,

I drive a 2013 TRD Sport Tacoma and I love every mile I put on it. As I have been driving around I have noticed the medium speeds of the air conditioner cuts out more and more frequently. I can still use the high speed, but usually this is the only speed that works. From what I have read this seems to be an issue with the blower motor resistor. With some tinkering, I have noticed if I reach under the glove box and pull the wiring harness in the attached picture the medium speeds turn back on, but only for a few miles until I hit another bump in the road. Has anyone else had this issue? Or does anyone know where I can buy a new harness and how to replace it? Sorry if this seems like a dumb request, it has just become frustrating over the past few months.

Thank you to all who respond!

Very common. You can stick a dental tool in the connector and bend the pins to make a better contact, or you can buy a replacement DELFI connector online for about $15. Not sure exactly who sells it, but I know they are available. If the connector is already melted, replacement is the only option.
