Cleaned up the donor AC compressor this morning.
Not like new but less dirty.

Pick up the fuel tank from the repair shop.
There were 4 holes in the tank.
Inside the tank is a baffle that surrounds the fuel pickup. It's held in by 4 nuts that fasten to 4 studs that are welded to the tank.
Those 4 created small cracks in the bottom of the tank. There are two spots near the curved edges where the strap makes contact with the tank, they were pitted so he soldered them up as well to ensure that doesn't turn into a problem.

Going to spray undercoating on the tank and reinstall it.

    Fuel tank in.
Looks like a nasty mess but I can't take the time to make everything beautiful.
The floor and frame that is inaccessible when the tank is in has been sprayed with undercoating. The top of the tank has been undercoated.
Hose clamps were replaced as neccessary.

Has anyone had to do what is pictured with their brake load proportioning valve arm?
    I'm wondering if I should.
The arm on my unit is not reaching the 3rd member, but I have the suspension fully extended.

You're supposed to do that if you lift the truck to make the proportioning valve function properly. You lift the arm by the same distance that the truck lifts.

    Thanks Mark and Greg.
Went through the procedure to checkout and the only option I have is $33 for shipping.
    I think I'll make up a bracket.

Got the brake lines attached to the lspv.
    I'm not a pro but they'll do.
Now I have to make some to go from the spliter on the third member to each wheel cylinder.

I bought the BAMF bracket because I'm kinda anal. But if you just take a bit of scrap metal and fab one up it will work fine. That's what most guys do.
