Blank entune screen

Wondered if anyone was having this issue?

When I start my truck and back out of the garage, the backup camera comes on, and works fine and the radio plays fine. When I put it in drive, the entune screen is blank, but the radio still plays. The screen will come back up when I push the home button, but that's a pain.

I have the entune with nav, but no jbl.

Any ideas???

Sure, and they are great to work with. I just wondered if this is something common? It also seems like the voice recognition works great one day, and horrible the next. Maybe the head unit has some issues?

 

in this is a dead thread, but I have been randomly experiencing this too for a few months... It just happened today twice. Was curious if there was a known issue for this or if there are other owners having this issue? I have a 2015 Entune Nav w/JBL.

 

I am having the same problem...any clues what it is....BTW, it only happens in the morning..on startup?
