Hello to everyone of Tacoma World. I am 15 and have a 2012 regular cab tacoma. Im glad to be part of the Tacoma community and was looking for some advice to go from here. I would like to upgrade the performance of the engine and try to give the 4 cylinder more power. Any suggestions on where I should go from here?

Congrats on such a sweet first ride! A drop in k&n air filter is one of the cheapest to gain a couple hp. Other folks here go with headers, exhaust, etc. Do a search in the 4 cyl forum for more.

You won't gain much power without going forced induction. Who cares if your truck is the slowest vehicle at school, it'll outlast all of your friends vehicles, just enjoy its reliability until you can afford a second vehicle for speed :)
