"clunking" noise could be your LCA bolts being a little loose.

Hey man quick questions, Just installed the same lift you have with same tire size and wheels. Does your truck track straight or do you get a slight pull to the right. Also do you get and bump steer? thanks bro

You might need to check your alignment specs, do you have aftermarket UCAs? Mine drives straight down the road so long as I haven't done any crazy rough trails offroad which can throw off the alignment. I have my truck aligned about twice a year. Also make sure the road you're driving on is perfectly level when deciding if it pulls or not. Up here in AK a lot of the roads have slight low spots/ruts in them and they can pull your vehicle around, so even though my alignment is fine, sometimes it feels like its not but it's just because of the road.

My bad just saw this! I ended up taking my dad along with me, he's driven the road a few years back but this was my first time. I was surprised that I got it the first time I put in for it!

Getting super fed up with all of the problems that my truck has right now :annoyed:

AC Refrigerant Leak from Fractured AC Line
Super squeaky leaf springs that were improperly installed and the bushings were put in dry with no grease
Constant front squeaking noise while driving no matter the speed
Reverse braking clunk from the brake pads

not things that should be happening on a 2015 tacoma. Guess this is the price that I pay for modifying it, not driving this thing until I get it fixed. That's how annoying the squeaking is. I'm tempted to drive it off a cliff.

Not sure, just started happening a week ago, took it S&P certified car care and they confirmed they heard it but couldn't tell where exactly from

Dang man that sucks, sorry to hear. Has GTF fixed the AC line yet? Also, are you willing to try and remove the bushings and grease everything up yourself?

Not yet, when I was there this past Tuesday they said that they used expedited shipping so I thought it would've been here by this past Friday but I guess we'll see. I also just greased the UCAs about a month ago so Idk if it's the UCAs, it shouldn't be but who knows. If they make good on their word on fixing the AC line then I'll probably just have them take a look at the front to see what's causing that squeaking noise.

I get the same clanking noise from my brakes , after changing from D to R, it's called pad slap and apparently it is normal. There is a metal clip you can install that may or may not stop the noise. Tacoma have one set but you can install another. Not 100% #sure this is the right part, more research is needed

Okay that's good to know I looked around and it's starting to sound like that's what it might be. Still annoying that it does it even if it is normal, I could live with that, but the squeaking noises that I have make me want to rip my hair out

Yes I've been following your noise issues , hopefully greasing the components helps. I've gotten more than a few comments pulling into friends houses parking from the pad slap it can be loud!

Sure can be! Its most loud when I've heard it while cornering and braking sometimes, just way easier to replicate at low speeds like in the video

Yeah I forgot that I have the same thing on my truck with the brakes. It's not every time I hit the brakes, but most of the time I have the brake slap. Also, I'm not sure if I would automatically install new leafs. I would at least see if maybe new bushing (with grease) fixes the problem.

I'm gonna try new bushings first and maybe have Alaska Spring and Performance drill holes in the leaves to install isolators and if that doesn't stop the annoying squeak and popping noises from the rear then I'll buy a new leaf pack. Only thing is that if it costs the same to buy a new pack as it does to install isolators then I'm definitely just gonna go ahead and get new packs
