Just added an ARB 1250 to my truck and will be in on this GB as well. ARB 1250 off the rear of the canopy -- perfect size for that location.

Should have waited... I haven't found the 6ft cheaper yet...

 

Highly recommend this.. Best piece of gear I've added hands down. Had it for 2.5 years, used about 20+ times on trips. Used the Fourtreks modular awning mounts to attach to my roof basket tubing. Here's some pics:

Could you post some photos of your mount to the basket??

 

Here's what I could find right away, thought I had more close ups.. I can snap some more shots tomorrow and get them posted..

Ya they work great for my application. Had to shim the interior of the mounts a bit as they were slightly larger diameter than the basket side rails. Good luck.
