Why wouldn't you use it, any particular reason? It seemed to get good reviews and from my research it will be the best sealer for what I will be using it for.

    Thanks!

Yeah I did a bunch of reading on different paints, epoxy, and sealers. Decided to go with the seal krete since it was the most cost effective for what I'll be doing in the garage. To epoxy the floor the right way it would be upwards of 7k, no thanks haha. The seal krete was $500 with the etcher and all included, plus I read that epoxy is not good for areas that will see welding since the welds could leave a burn mark and/or burn right through the epoxy and it will start to peel.

Made a little more progress, picked up a 12' ladder today, fuck that thing was pricey for a ladder haha.

Put all the extra boards and insulation up on the ceiling joists to get them out of the way

Also picked up a bunch of foam closure strips, these fit the contour of the metal nicely.

You can see before putting these in the air space from the small gap between the bottom trim and side panels where insects and air can get in quite easily.

I took the bottom row of screws off the side panels and installed the closure strips all the way around, afterwards it's nice and sealed up

Between the bottom trim that's mounted outside and now the foam, that should keep most of the drafty air and any critters out of the inside

I then took some top soil and graded the area where the lean to is, next up will be to get some more stone and grade up to the apron, there is currently a 3-4" elevation difference between the apron and driveway area

Thanks fellas. Took some time to re-arrange some stuff today. Can finally get my car back in the attached garage LOL. Next up will be to etch the concrete and apply the sealer. Hoping to knock that out next week as I'll be busy at work all weekend unfortunately. Got another 20 tons of stone delivered and spread that today, and looks like I will need one more load of stone to even everything out.

Today I etched the concrete and the next day I have off I will apply the sealant, then I can finally start moving stuff in :D

Man, you're giving me an inferiority complex. I thought my 20X36 shop was plenty big until now...

So might be a dumb question but what stops the wood that's I contact with the ground from rotting out? I assume it's pressure treated, but when I bought my house I replaced quite a bit of rotted out PT fence posts.
