    Every pro body builder that isn't in a "natty" federation is on gear. That's a fact. Even most of the "natty" guys know how to cycle so that they don't fail tests around comp time. Nearly all competitive power lifters are on gear (at least I am not aware of one that is not). It's basically a don't ask don't tell scenario. Everyone knows everyone else is on gear, it's just not talked about publicly.

    ETA: Some power lifters will talk about it with you openly, so long as it's not "on the record." I met a pro power lifter once (won't write his name on here) who told me that there is no way that guys could lift would they do without it. He estimated that there was as much as a 25% and at least a 10% difference in numbers for on gear vs. off gear.
