Yours does.. it's what your zip ties do... I cut my grill up to have my Grillcraft grill so I can't use zip ties to hold my grill in place..

If that was for a DCSB I'd actually consider it.

 

Someone had some bad frame rust, but I'm not sure who it was without backtracking a few dozen pages.

 

It was mine on the right rear end of the frame. 99% sure the previous owner backed it up into saltwater and then skipped rinsing and let it sit months and months.

I'm pretty sure some of the things I've thought of doing to this idiot if I found him would make G.R.R. Martin wince.

Eh, it'd still be a fortune in labor to swap everything over, but the thought has crossed my mind.

40 hours according to the frame recall thread. So $10k-ish in labor based on the $13k Toyota was billing Dana for each swap.

 

What are the odds of getting something from the previous owner, maybe even a civil suit or something? That's a chunk of change.

 

Slim I'd imagine. Especially since it sold for $14.5 OTD; a repair that costs almost as much as the truck is worth, and I have no idea who the previous owner was. I'm looking around for donor trucks for other possibilities though.
