    I've had this Micro-Lite Car-Go-Lite for over a year now and love the thing. It's about 800# empty and all aluminum construction. I had them do a few custom additions to it like the top that opens up to make loading my XR400R super easy and extending the draw bar 18" so I can jack knife it without hitting the truck. It came with 3" lift (aluminum box) with a 2k torsion axle sporting 14' wheels.

    Although this works fine for the road, I wasn't satisfied with the height for some places off road I had planned to take it.

    I had been looking for alternatives including custom setups with air bags but price and amount of effort were keeping me away. I wanted to keep the 2K suspension limit but be able to run 3500# spindles since I have 6 lug brake assemblies that just happen to be laying around.

    Only Timbren could fit the bill so after a lot measuring and contemplation I pulled the trigger. Not much is out there but what I could find, people liked it once they did it. It doesn't bounce down the road like the torsion did when empty and when I have camping gear and my XR in it it's smooth as glass. I ordered the 2k# HD with the 4" lift 3500# spindles.

    Here is the install.

    Point of no return here;

    Had to remove the angle and add 3" of 2x3 to the front of the mount.

    All ground down and holes drilled for the suspension arm. Didn't really have to but I did sleeve the bolt holes for good measure.

    Finished install with 235's on painted stock wheels. I also wanted to try the Centramatic dynamic wheel balancers, they have been working very well as I only mounted the tires and did not have them balanced. They are the silver looking disk behind the wheel.

    Finished product on shake down run before heading to the mountains the next morning;

    By noon the next day I was about 5mi up a canyon that is more of a creek that a road and the suspension and trailer did excellent!

    This is the next weekend in another mountain range with the bike inside heading out of camp.
    You can see how much clearance you get underneath compared to a leaf spring setup.

    Overall I am impressed with this set up and the trailer is becoming more of what I had envisioned. The suspension has taken everything I've thrown at it and I would recommend it to anyone that is contemplating it.

    Added the OX jockey wheel, I needed it for the adjustability up and down because the drawbar is high.
    the company has a video of winching a trailer in the sand basically making a trench with it and it doesn't collapse. Very solid unit.

    Also installed a pair of SaveAJack.com jack savers. Since the trailer is higher than when I bought it due to the new suspension, the ramp is too short to use safely while loading my MC I found these that make the stabilizing jack removable. I now have a great 'patio' when I need it and don't have to go down the road with the jacks sticking out. Win win!

    Dude this thing is awesome. Can you PM me about pricing? I’ve been wanting a tear drop but none of them have all the options you’ve created here.
