Hey everyone, I would like your 2 cents on a dilemma i'm in with lift options. I have an '02 SR5 V6 4x4 with a Revtek 3" spacer kit on it. I would like to upgrade my suspension for performance reasons. I've had the truck since Dec 2015 and taken it offroading a handful of times. I would say i do a light-moderate amount of it. I'm stuck between going the 5100 route w/ eibach springs or going with toytec's boss lift kit with total chaos UCA's. I am also curious if I should just stick with the AAL or just drop the $400 on some dakar springs. This may sound silly, but would there be any con to adding a lift kit with over 80k miles on it? Thank you for your time!

No cons to add lift at any mileage and this forum has a great search function with lots of info and reviews on those suspension questions.

You also can choose the 5100/OME coils route.

Your options are two different performing lifts in different price ranges.

Of course the boss, uca, ome leaf combo will outperform the 5100s

Imo the more expensive option is worth it. I went with the 5100/eibach combo and it will definitely get you into the offroading world but it didn't take me long to find its limits.

If its in your price range id actually spend the extra couple hundred bucks to get some extended travel cos from fox, king, icon to take advantage of that uca. Plus i trust these brands more.

Yeah, I understand and have done a fair amount of research on the two lift options along with some others. I felt that I should have been more direct with my question, what sounds more suitable for the amount of offroading i'll be doing? That being said, I feel like I should just save for the full lift with UCA's etc. After learning how they are the weakest component in the suspension system, I definitely don't want to have to worry about that if I went the 5100/ eibach route. Thank you for all your input guys!
