Looking at pulling the trigger on a King suspension but am still missing too much info. I'm looking at:

    http://www.offroadshocks.com/tacoma...NJnTVP0EvYNHaFR-DHfX3MSaK898JdV1oSRoCxabw_wcB

I cant find any information for specs on this kit however. I'm assuming these are 2.5'' coilovers, and 2.5'' rears but am afraid to purchase without being sure.

I'm on 265/70/17's and will eventually be upgrading to 285/70/17's when my tread wears. Wanting to get 3'' between the lift and the new tires. Also bringing up the question is this the best way to go or should I nab some King coilovers and pickup Dakar 2.75 leaf pack? I'm at a loss at this point. I just want an upgrade from the stock suspension all the while gaining 3".

Do I need to fork out the additional $600 for:

    https://bilsteinlifts.com/shop/toyo...d9lLRM3DtnJUWiAuY4TOXZNlgrtCbJwg7OxoCbXbw_wcB

in an effort to properly level out the rear? I'm at a loss at this point...

Those look like they are the 2.5 Rear shocks sir!

Now from what you are trying to do i would grab the Dakar leaf pack and it would level your rear out smoothly!
However it will be a bit extra since you are cashing out extra for a leaf pack replacement.

Give Marie @HeadStrong Off-Road a call or pm and she will set you straight!

Get it from DSM, they will actually be able to help you with tuning and setting it up, will probably give a TW discount to make the price lower, and free shipping.

I wouldn't bother with an add a leaf if I was going this route.

I purchased my entire suspension setup from Micah at @Downsouth Motorsports. He was more than willing to answer my questions in details along with providing a more than fair deal on the whole package. I purchased everything you're looking at; King coilovers in the front (with reservoirs), TC UCA, King rear shocks (rear reservoirs as well) and the Dakar leaf pack.

My truck sits pretty level now. I measured it last night and it sits just a hair under 40" in the front (measured from the ground to the fender trim) and 40" (driver side), 40 1/4" (passenger side) in the rear.

This is the exact setup I am looking to go with soon. Did you have to run extended brake lines or shim the driveshaft? Or did everything go in with no issues?

@Lifty I suggest calling JT at bajakits. Very good customer service. I'm running their uca and king w/adjusters. For the rear I'm running Dakars and 5125 bilsteins temporarily till I get a rear shock relocate and 12" 2.0 kings. Everything else was purchased through wheelers including timbren ubolt flip

Mike is that your ride in the Baja kits pics? That's some serious bro celeb status right there! OP, I would def confirm that kit has the right King rear shocks for increasing your lift. As others have said though, DSM has some of the best prices around and they probably can get you that TW discount on top of their wealth of knowledge...
