I don't know anything about snow but wouldn't chains help since you guys are only doing about 15mph. Maybe just keep some wire one under the seat. Or an auto diff lock upgrade. A muffler will cover up the clunking sound:rolleyes:

Trust me last year i had the same problem with snow, better tires help out sooo much more. I got AT's and they kick A$$ in the snow i keep up with the 4x4's of course im doing this safely at any given moment my rearend could slip out and it would be like fishtailing everywhere. Plus i have a standard and that helps out alot by regulating the speed too

    of course
Two wheel rear drive pickups require good tires for snow traction. I put a set of Blizzaks on and go right through. I live in CT so the snow is not like Buffalo, but we get it and go through it.

ive had it on for a few weeks now and used it twice. having more options that fast and super fast is nice. my favorite part is not having to hit the stalk up after spraying wiper fluid on the windows now:D.

i know the change in tires and lift can change the traction. not going to go crazy with it. just do the ready lift and some beefier tires

having my 5 lug is 100x better than the cobalt i was driving around in for 4 yrs;)

I always have 2 standard sand tubes in my bed. Plus since the snows set in , they have had the company of 2 bags of mulch. The weight helps in a lot of areas, the suspension imparts less of the jiggly ride that is common. It brings the weight distribution more towards 50-50, this improves steering and handling and in my case body roll during cornering.
