i can't decide between the icon dynamics stage 6 suspension kit or the BDS 4inch lift kit with fox 2.0 shocks. i don't do crazy off roading but i want something to handle bitchin when i put the truck to the test and nice when I'm cruising.

Based on this sentence, get the ICON.

Not a fan of drop bracket suspensions unless you are trying to reach 35" tires. 35" look real good on the tacomas but unless you regear you might have issues with not enough usable torque off roading. Any smaller size you are essentially raising the truck center of gravity with out gaining usable suspension lift. You honestly don't need a lot for the tacoma to be good off roading. Steel bumper, sliders, skids, new tires and suspension to handle the weight will take you anywhere you want to go.

FYI just installed Fox 2.5 RR C/O and Fox 2.0 RR rears with dakar leafs. Rides stiffer but damn does it rides nice over bumps going fast.

I think FOX has a better window sticker.

OP you might need to define "handle bitching when I put the truck through the test"

That's code for "speedbumps at the mall".

Does this mall have a parking garage with a height restriction?

    Important thing to consider.
