California smog legal headers?

I habe been searching for oem manifolds and i cant even find those online that are Ca legal! They all say not legal to ca or will not ship to california what a headache if i have to buy these at the dealer im thinking trade in already lol

 

Go to a muffler shop they should be able to get you some cats. I think jba shorties are ca smog legal, so you can just weld your cats on those.

 

Some times there member that sell cats here. It's illegal to buy used cats in ca. If you didn't know also

 

I just talked to a shop in Santa Rosa, and will do a comparison to confirm and let you know, but it is cheaper (certainly comparable) than the aftermarket brands to just make a header using the stock CA CAT Converter. They told me that as long as they build around that, they can make a header that is CA legal and adds HP and a nice sound. I am going to talk with them this week, get an estimate, and have it done. Intake is the trick...

 

I'm going to revive this...

Any luck from this particular shop? I'm based in Sausalito and could use a rec

Same situation, looking for CA friendly headers.
SummitRacing lists the Doug Thorley shorty, and also JBA "Cat4ward" shorty, as California EO approved.

The JBA show as "without Air Injection", DT doesn't say either way. (What's Air Injection?)
