Theirs a strange vibration when my transmission shift gears. It's usually from 1 to gear 2 and when going 25mph. It does it with and without the AC I haven't really paid close attention at what exact rpm but usually when at a slow acceleration from a light or in traffic in the freeway.

Could it be that now I went to conventional oil after running Royal purple since brand new. Ran coventional these last two oil changes? The truck is has 68k and changed the oil plugs at 30k and 60k.

Truck has no engine or tranny mods, besides a lift and 33 tires. This isn't a unbalanced tire vibration or alignment.
    Please advise, thank you!

Also the truck is cover under extended warranty just kinda been busy to take in the truck.

not sure which oil you are talking about? engine oil, trans fluid, diff oil? but sounds like u-joints either need to be greased (if it is a 2WD or a Pre-Runner they need to be replaced even if they are not bad because they have no grease points) or a bad u-joint or maybe carrier bearing. another thing, could be axle wrap. do your rear leaf springs ever squeek a little bit? could be as simple as rear leafs kinda sticking then releasing. maybe try putting some liquid wrench or even WD-40 on rear leafs (very heavy to make sure it gets between the leafs). seriously doubt it is a transmission issue.

    just some ideas.

Just brainstorming here....I had a 4Runner that shuddered on light acceleration, especially if it was a little up hill. If I accelerated harder, it wouldn't do it. I did the drain and refill for the trans and it never did it again. Do you know if your trans fluid level is correct?

My truck is pre runner, the oil I was referring to was engine oil. I've never touched the transmission. The reason why I feel the transmission has something to do with it is because it happens right before shifting gears, as if it's hesitating to go on to the next gear.
I don't think it has nothing to do with suspension wise because my truck is already a little rough and this shaking is completely different, it's more noticeable and it's not felt in the steering wheel.

the vibration happens when the truck is accelerated slowly and when it shifts into next gear at 25mph.
    The truck is automatic

I had a similar problem when slowly accelerating from any speed. Thought it had to be a tranny issue but after lots of digging around I found a recently changed spark plug was cracked. Might be a bad spark plug for you too...

this might make sense because the dealer did the last spark plug change

Yeah it caused a little shudder when slowly accelerating for me at any speed. It never threw any codes though.

Yea, it doesnt throw on any lights. I been noticing it for a while it just recently got worse and worse, i really feel the vibration now when it happens. It happens when it goes on to the next gear, cause like a hesitation and then shifts. Only happens at an exact speed and only on that particular gear.

It actually started for me right before the tranny would switch to overdrive and progressively got worse to all speeds over about a week's time.

The truck has a little under 68k and they changed them at 60k it was very unnoticeable and hard to detect due to the ride of the truck at first, but just recently it became really noticeable.

It might be worth a look to pull all your plugs and inspect them for hairline cracks. The plug I pulled that was cracked was barely noticeable by looking at it but I could feel the crack with my fingernail. I replaced it with little faith that it would solve my problem but as of now and 10,000 miles later it drives like new again.

Mine started giving me problems maybe 500 miles after I changed the plugs and it was not really bad at first but progressively got worse over about a week

I would change trans fluid first. If the problem is in the transmission it sounds like the clutch pak for 2nd gear is shuddering and that could be something simple as the trans fluid is broken down. ATF is designed to let clutch pak apply smoothly, if the fluid has degraded the clutch pak will apply to quickly causing a shudder feeling especially when line pressure is low at light throttle.
