I was wondering what Hi-Lift jack accessories everyone has found to be the most useful. My DCSB Taco has N-Fab wheel to wheel nerf steps, stock bumpers, and Outlaw II wheels.

    Thanks,
    Ron W.

You'll want the wheel mate attachment in order to use the jack as a jack. Without frame mounted sliders or solid bumpers it won't do you any good otherwise. You can also use it as a come along to winch a truck. It takes some patience and a lot of resetting the equipment and chocks but it will work.

A wider base plate to set the jack on - specially in softer surfaces. You can purchase a special plastic base, or bring along a small square of 3/4" plywood (12"x12" or so)

Just the essentials and no extra fluff.
The lift mate so you can hook it onto a wheel and lift it off the ground.

Mounting brackets to secure the jack and keep it from flying around.

The rubber bit that holds the handle and keeps it from rattling.

    A wider base.

    A shovel.

If you have a tow package the hi lift fits nicely into the 2" receiver. Just be very cautious as your truck will likely have the whole rear end lifted if you use that method for recovery. The best accessories would be swapping your nerfs for a set of sliders and the hi lift ORK.

Thanks guys for the info. One thing I was wondering was if I could use the slider adapter on the N-Fab nerf bar. Definate no on that. I assume the sliders would have to be welded on?

They make some really good bolt on sliders. I've got a set of demello bolt ons and they are super tough. Also check out SOS off-road, they're pretty competitive price wise and do great work. The Nfab nerfs will fold under the weight of your truck and probably dig into the body. If you're looking to upgrade you should have no trouble selling the nerf bars on the tw marketplace.
