Performance: Using 3x Philips Luxeon-T 5000K LEDs pushed through a proprietary Kuria Optic clear polycarb lens, each lamp produces ~1,200lm raw, exceeding the stock fog lights, but also in a proper pattern: low but wide. Power draw is 9W per light, so no supplemental wiring is needed.



Installation: Utilizing OE-style mounts, the XB LED fog lights are a direct replacement for the stock fog lights on all 2005-2011 Tacomas, 2006-2013 Tundras, 2008-2013 Sequoias, and 2004-2006 Solaras. Wiring is plug-and-play as well!



Warranty / Lifespan: Realistically, everything electronic has a lifespan. LEDs will far outlast incandescent or HID, especially when properly designed with sufficient heatsinks. These lamps, including their UV-protected polycarbonate front lenses and automotive grade ABS housings (like stock) come with a 10 year warranty covering any manufacturing failure. Basically, as long as you don't drive into a tree fog light first, you're covered.

For those of us that preordered, when do we find out when they ship out?

 

When you get a tracking number. Should be today or tomorrow realistically.

 

Is there a set that can replace the ARB bumper fog lights?

 

Do you have any pictures of them installed and not illuminated? I'm ordering regardless, just wanted a picture.

 

I have no way to know unfortunately. No one at TRS has an ARB bumper. Do you have any dimensions for them?

 

Unfortunately not. They basically look black when off.

Did not see install guide. Its dark outside, so I have to wait until tomorrow but wanted to read through the instructions first tonight. Clicked the "Get Busy" button and it just directs me on how to get back to the product page. Actually searching for my truck on the LED Fog Lights tab on your website hung up every time. Circle loading icon just continues to circle and doesn't do anything.

 

how come 12-15 ones are cheaper than 05-11?

 

Because it was a pre-made fog light. The 05-11 was made specifically because of the interest TacomaWorld. Newer product = higher price naturally.

There isn't an install guide for these lamps, unfortunately. They simply replace the stock fog lamps.

 

This is such good news. I have the Rigid Dually DOT series and their fog like kit...but it's horrible. Not the LED itself, but the kit. You can't adjust...while the DOT lights have great cut off...it doesn't help when you can't adjust and they're higher than my headlights.

 

I just youtubed videos of people installing fog lights. I'm pretty mechanically savvy so I figured it out. Wasn't hard, just thought, with the money invested into very nice fog lights, packaging and extra documentation there would be a nice pdf guide or even color print guide included for people who have absolutely no idea what to do. Like the wiring. I didn't want to put the wrong lead into the wrong hole, or put it in incorrectly. Just guessed and put it in. Amazingly it worked, maybe I got lucky?

Also, any way to get in touch with Toyota to have inventory of the alignment screw and clip/tab? I looked online and it doesn't look like they sell just those pieces. Not all Tacoma owners had factory fog lights and some of us want to sell their old fog lights, so having those pieces as an add on would increase interest for your fog lights.

By the way I installed the lights today along with new Depo blacked out housing headlights and they match perfectly.

 

So when you installed yours, does the entire stock fog light assembly come out? and is there a way to adjust?

 

Yes whole fog light assembly comes out. There is an adjustment screw on it that you have to swap over to morimotos.

 

damnit. I just got my wife to take a pic of my old housings and neither have screws.
