New used 4Runner

I had an 06 Tacoma.. first new vehicle I'd ever bought.
Now I had to buy a vehicle with insurance money
.. this is how my story begins

Bought an 03 4Runner... came with a P0420 code!

Many of the cheaper parts look new.. feel it is the cat... and as I did, also feel as if it were a "flood vehicle", still unconfirmed.

Since I'm not a parts changer. I want to do this right. Or, living in FL... replace a flood vehicle.

Looking for a wiring diagram for the O2 system and have read some great ideas. Still haven't located the diagram, but Chilton's is in the mail!

A lot of erratic behavior in the O2 Bank 1 Voltage. I'm looking for shorts today. These wires just dissappear into the harness..
