I currently have a set of the @allpro Heavy Duty rock sliders on my '16 DCSB and when enjoying the trails, it sounds like someone is constantly knocking on the door. The cab and slider only hits on the rear most section. I know All-Pro calls to have the pinch weld cut to allow for room but was curious if any of you have replaced the cab bushing with a urethane piece? I'm sure replacement of the bushing is more labor intensive but I'd be willing to travel down that road if it allowed me to not cut the truck.

For those that have experienced this, did you guys automatically cut the pinch weld or find another resolution?

what about unbolting cab mount, and sliding in a piece of thin rubber, or material they use between leaf springs that will take lots of wear from rubbing, then tighten cab mount down again. or notching the sliders, they would still be plenty of strong enough if the notch was boxed in.

I don't mean to dig up an old thread but can you explain the sound it makes?

Everytime my front end dips.. I hear almost a clicking sound. Sounds like a rusty bolt is getting loosened?

Someone told me it may be my can mount
