Might as well install new leaf packs if there flat already, all pro expedition leaf packs are awesome! OR you could check out thurston springs and they can make you some leafs to fit your application perfectly.

 

I second the all products expeditions, I run dakars and love them but heard good things about a.p.e

 

Yeah I think personally new leafs might be in order. I contacted Thurston to inquire and they think an AAL will be sufficient. I guess I'll take it down there so they can assess it in person.

 

I had Davis Offroad do my lift around Christmas time. I just didn't have the time with work...They were awesome. Fair priced. Did everything they said and had it all sorted out in a day. The alignment was perfect. I found Thurstons to be higher priced for everything unless you need something custom.

 

Anybody interested in the needle bearing removal tool and install driver set from ECGS? Only used once and would prefer to sell it to someone local first before getting into shipping. I'm in Chesterfield. Would sell as follows:
Removal tool: $50 ($60 brand new)
Install set: $35 ($45 brand new)
Both: $75 ($105 brand new)
If nobody's interested I'll slap it up on the 2nd gen for sale page in a few days or so.

Thanks for the heads up. I gave 4WD Specialty, Davis, and Thurston all a call- 4WD Specialty and Thurston both said they thought I will just need an AAL, and quoted around $400 labor plus parts for the install. Davis must have been busy, because I called several times throughout the day and didn't get an answer.

I went ahead and ordered a 3 leaf progressive AAL to install with a buddy. I don't see it being the most complicated install, and saving that $400 in labor should be nice. Hopefully all goes well once the parts arrive.
