I was undecided too. Tomorrow will be 1 month since I got the truck and It's got 3,500+ miles, so I've been looking at that vinyl plenty. I think it looks much better without it though. Happy with the outcome.

Dropped the truck off at the dealer to have the driver window re-tinted since they messed up the first time with a piece of hair in the tint. And had the TSB-077 done for the transmission. Truck definitely moves better with the TSB, only complaint is the premature converter lock up while going into 3rd at like 30 miles an hour. It kind of lugs in gear...

Looks like i'll be getting my windows tinted elsewhere and sending them the bill because their is sand or something in the tint that they re-did... It's as if they tint the windows on the beach.... wtf are they doing? hahaha

They probably dropped the tint film on the floor.

What did you have to say to them to get them to replace it? I've been to the dealer three times for this problem. I told them that there are reports of several dealers having success with replacing the cluster, but their excuse is always, "we can't replace it unless we can replicate the problem and determine that that the cluster is the cause" ... and of course, they haven't been able to replicate the problem.

That is a lot of work to clean a flat black wheel. Part of the beauty of them is they barely show dirt even when filthy. I have them and I just give them a spray and clean them with a suds'd up wheel/tire brush and hose them back off. Who the hell takes that many steps to clean black wheels?

Nothing exciting, but just got the transmission TSB done. We'll see how much better it is over the next few days.

Yes, but it's always my kids. If my kids were crawling around in your truck, it was probably them.

Probably a crack head was using them while rifling through your truck for some change. Happens in my area all the time. (If you leave your truck unlocked)

Agree 100% however it'll never see any real off road use. Same goes for probably 90% of us that have lifted our trucks.

I fall in the 10% then. Truck is going out off road for probably the 20th time this weekend.

Mine came with these already installed when I bought it. It seems a lot of guys are adding them, I thought it was just something they all came with?

Wheeling is a blast, i'm sure i'll romp around in the mud some but i'd rather spend the weekend at the range than out in the mud. With that said, I love camping so sometimes getting up to a camping spot requires a little off road travel.
