Good luck on the sale, let me know if you do. I've had lots of offers and people trying to sell their current truck to get a taco.

I cut the pinch weld off and then cun
I cut the pinch weld off then took out another 3" on the bottom, about 2" mid way and 1" at the top of the wheel well than folded it over and re welded the factory sheet metal

Dont do it unless you are willing to have a tough and expensive relationship with your taco ;-)
im thinking if I keep it since I got a new job offer to go back down to some 35's to keep it. A little more friendly for constriction and commuting

I can't stop looking at this truck. The proportions work, and the effort to do it well shows. Love it!

Awesome truck ! What do you have to gain the 2" rear lift?

It might sound like it's not much but I have 2" blocks for the lift. I also have a BAMF shock relocation with 12" travel shocks so truck has great flex in the rear! Even with stock leaf's it uses up all the travel of the 12" shocks.... front not so much since I have bilstein ride adjust with stock coils, it rides great but not the best for "off roading " when it comes to flex. I didn't build the truck for crazy off roading.. I do enjoy the outdoors and wanted to built the truck as low as possible with most ground clearance so this set up works well for that

I havent been on TW for a while but I got a new motivation to push and sell my Taco again so here is a bump for anyone that might be interested.
For those interested what the motivation is... its for cash for my wedding and for my lack of using the truck off road

Yes, i like it.. gets lots of looks in the Sac area. It would be a truck id like to own if i didnt have it :) i just don't use it. If i find the funds to do a 300ish person wedding without selling it ill end up keeping it. Thanks
