I'd go with the Nitto. I've been in love with the look at that tire since they introduced it.

I'm going with those or Kelly Safari TSR once I do a lift next year.

Some factors to consider which were not previously mentioned

    - S/T Maxx - are the quietest off road tire I have ever owned. They are unbelievably quiet.
    - S/T Maxx - have become so popular, most common sizes are In Stock at my local Discount Tires. Something very handy if you have the warranty certificates. You can just pull in get your tire replaced and be on your way. This happened to me twice in my life.
    - S/T Maxx are made in the USA!

-S/T As far as your weight concern. Heavier tires (C to E) 5-10lbs more per tire do not give you worse gas mileage. This nothing more than a TW myth. A 10-20% increase in weight will have very little impact on the rolling resistance. Diameter, Tread grip, Sidewall aerodynamics, how much the tire sticks out from the wheel well all have a much greater impact on mileage than tire weight. If you are that concerned with weight, don't fill your gas tank up...leave out 3 gallons..that offset the increase in tire weight.
I went from Load Range C Duratrac to the same size load range E S/T Maxx and my mileage went up almost 1 mile per gallon.
My 10 Tank average on the Fuelly App was 15.9 MPG with my Duratracs. I now average 16.7 with the S/T Maxx (This is a consistent mix of city/highway driving)

    Good Luck with your decision.

That's a 3" OME lift, mobtown off-road sliders. Cali raised led light bar, Apex light mounts. Easy to install. Can be found on here by searching "apex light bar mounts"

Nice, like I said looks great. Can't wait to get my truck. Wife has already approved the lift purchase and I have a BAMF grille on order.

So I just stuffed some bfg ko2 285/70/17's, stock wheels on stock suspension w/no trimming being done.....NOW, there is slight rubbing on the UCA's at full turn left & right or making a Uturn....I don't mind the slight rub because I hardly do any hard full turns or Uturns, off-road, or trail riding because RWD...:(

Does anyone know what will fix the UCA rubbing issue? Wheel spacers? If so what size? Leveling kit? Lift kit? I'd rather just level the front instead of doing a full lift. Any info will help!

Bilstein 5100 adjustable shocks that's what I'm using now to level out the truck. They're pretty cheap and you can adjust them to get the height you want plus a better ride over stock. Spidertrax 1.25' wheel spacers or get new rims that have a 10mm or less offset, the lower the offset the farther out they'll sit from the UCA.

@nabdo92285x I am thinking of going wheel spacers but not too sure because I know if I ever need wheel work done or alignment, most places won't touch the truck because of them. But 5100's do sound like the way to go with leveling. I want a better overall ride and a slight lift/level. Do you have them all the way around or just the adjustable shocks up front and did you use stock coils or EMU coils?

I have the 5100s all around right now with the front set at .85, there's still a very slight rake but not as bad as stock. I have OME 888 coil springs on the way and a Wheeler's Offroad AAL pack waiting to be put on when the coils arrive. My opinion go with the 5100s over spacers, Bilstein should be coming out with the 3rd gen specific 5100 sometime in September I believe, but if you don't want to wait the ones that are out now will work just fine.

@nabdo92285x Sorry I meant OME, just read something that had EMU lol....but I am gonna go ahead an wait for the 3rd gen 5100s. Then get an AAL pack and possibly some Sumosprings. I might go with the wheel spacers for now until I find some decent wheels with low offset so that there's no rub on the UCA's.

I figured that's what you meant lol. Sounds like a good plan. Also if you do need to take your truck in to have work done on wheels/tires you can always just take the spacers off just before going n put em back on after, that way you don't have to worry about the shop ever refusing to work on the truck.

You are an anomaly then because it isn't some myth, it is flat out science that proves it (both mathematically and countless tens of thousands of people who have experienced it in the real world). The weight has nothing to do (or extremely minimal impact) with rolling resistance, that is the tire compound, pattern, width, air pressure, ect. Weight affects rotational mass.

Looking at the tires you went between you added 4 lbs per wheel but the voids are smaller on the coopers as well as the sidewalls are less aggressive. Part of the reason they are so much better on the road is them being somewhat less aggressive. How you gained mpg could be anything from higher air pressure to time of year (weather and temps play a big role) if one was in cooler months and the other in warmer months in combination to the tires. Either way it just flat out isn't true that rotational mass has no effect on mpg.

OP, it will lower your city mpg, it all depends on the weight. It won't make much difference highway wise, only when having to accelerate or going up a hill. Regardless of what opinion primo has 10 lbs a tire is fairly large in the automotive world. Rotational mass makes a good bit difference, there are countless tests that show it.

Personally I am a fan of the Coopers but not load range E and have heard good things about the Nitto, so I would try those.

I tend to skim threads and missed it. How do you like them? They seem pricey but are they worth it?

Depends on what you're trying to do with your truck. No more expensive than that TRD pro
