First talk to Marie @HeadStrong Off-Road for all your lift needs. She is amazing, great prices, and always Free shipping. Figure out your budget and needs. Leveling kits generally mean hockey puck spacers. Do a real lift at least consisting of Bilstein 5100's all around with a 3 leaf Progressive AAL. Mine is not top of the line but I went with OME 887's up front on Bilstein 5100's and a rear ICON set up. Rear ICON 1.5 Progressive AAL with ICON 2.0 shocks. Also went with Camburg Ball Joint UCA's up front. 3 inches up front and 2 inches in the rear.

Is it the angle or are you slightly nose high? Also were the UCA necessary for you or precautionary. I'm planning pretty much the same lift you have but I don't off road a ton and if I can get away without that added expense it'd be great

Bilstein 5100's on all four corners. Front set @ 0 with OME 883x coils. Alcon leaf springs. Viper Alarm. Wet Okole seat covers. WeatherTech Floor liners front and back. Oem Toyota chrome exhaust tip. ARE Shell. America Outlaw Wheels.
I did a leveling kit on mine . I didn't want to raise the rear fear of vibrations. So I did the 5100s set at 0 with OEM 883 coils. You being a 4x4 you will need 884. I have been very happy with the ride .

image.jpg I'm trying to bee in the range of 2.5-3" so 885 or 887 will be the best bang.its just a matter of hoping to avoid UCA

"Best" is a wide open, very subjective term. "Best" at what? And surely you have something of a budget. $750? $1500? $3000? $5000 Give us something to work with.
How much lift are you after? What size tires? Are you willing to do some cutting on body work? Are you installing it? How mechanically inclined are you? How far are you willing to chase gremlins to get everything working to total satisfaction. Do you off road? Mall crawler?

All these things will help determine what is "best" for your application. There are very few "broad strokes" general answers that apply to all the above. Give us some answers and those you get in return will have greater relevance.

I already have front 5100 on stock coils. I'd like to be 2.5-3"(closer to 3 preferable). I'd prefer to stay less than $600 considering the front shocks are already in place. My hope is to avoid spending the extra $600 on UCA unless necessary. I've seen many people on here stating that it's entirely doable. I should be able to do the install myself relatively easy as its a pretty straight forward install. I'm planning to do a progressive 3 leaf in rear and keeping factory overload but I haven't decided exactly which rear shocks to go with (5100 or 5125). I'm leaning toward 265/75 Open Country R/T or a 285 KO2. I don't extend to change wheels from the OEM steelies so I understand I will have to do Hub centric spacers. I have the basic tools for a CMC and a small welder so that shouldn't be a big deal. It's just a thought but I may later do a small body lift like the 1" Toytech kit but I haven't committed my mind to that. The only off roading I do is hunting. Otherwise it gets driven 1-2 times per week to the store or something because I have a company vehicle.
