    Swap all over that can be used for the 4x4! Which is pretty much everything except the lift spindles.
    Just having the 4x4 with a rear locker will be enough for what you do.

    Or just buy a crawler project and use the prerunner as base camp/ tow rig

    Already towing trailer, and going to spend A LOT of time off road. Seriously considering putting everything into storage after major yard sale, and living overland style for a year or so.

    Yeah, it sucks! I really like being the original owner of the 05 but converting to 4x4 seems more complex than IFS, and from just quick shopping, it looks like I'd come out a couple few grand ahead if I simply sold the PreRunner, and picked up a 4X4.

    Actually, it would be a 4th item I'd nee to garage!!! Currently have PreRunner, Sand Rail, Golf Cart, AND RTT Trailer!!! Once I figure out where I'll be calling "home", I'll decide if the golf cart goes. The rest, The rail and trailer... gonna keep for sure.

    Whatcha got, though trailering with an LT wouldn't be very smart!
