Hey Y'all. I'm moving from Canada to Houma in a month and will be bringing my Taco with me. Toyota USA won't give me a letter of compliance for import, (2016 Taco built in Texas!!) so the vehicle will have to keeps its Alberta plates and Registration. If any of you out there are in the Auto ins. business, let me know if I can get auto ins. while in LA. Thanks!

Just answers my own question by phoning around to a lot of agencies. Any company that has office in both countries will insure my truck no problem while keeping the CDN plates. Going with State Farm! It took awhile but Toyota gave me the letter for import. What's up with this heat? Sheesh, it's not even real hot yet.
