    It says up to 2 years. I doubt mine goes that long since my truck lives outside. I would think if you get it on paint you will have to wipe off with microfiber before it cures. If not I guess you polish it off. :confused:

    Ace96,
    Thank you for providing all the details. I will need to try this product out.

    I am looking to try solution finish and black wow also. It would be great to compare all three.

    @ace96

    Still liking this product now that you are almost 2 years in?

    Have you determined an actual durability for your outside truck (mine is too, in Fl sun)

    Any recommendations for a vinyl tonneau?

    I'm tired of messing with 303. It just doesn't get the job done.

    My initial application was messed up due to being rear-ended in 2017. However I did apply to part of the inside plastic of the tailgate and you could still see a difference after 18 months.

    I just ordered another bottle of C4. I will not use anything else on the exterior trim. I see no reason to mess with a dressing anymore.

    I am not sure about a vinyl cover. I would look at coatings on Autogeek. Then check their forums. There is probably a coating out there for vinyl.

    I checked my tailgate this morning and can barely see any remaining product. I feel comfortable saying you can get 12-18 months out of it depending on prep.

    I have coated 3-4 vehicles with one bottle. Pretty good considering the size of the bottle.

    I use Gtechniq C4 as well on all my cars including my Lambo. It makes faded plastic look like new. It keeps new plastic from ever fading. The small bottle believe it or not will cover at least two Tacoma trucks plastic. It goes on so incredibly thin that it covers a lot more than you would expect.

    Try it. It lasts two years, cannot ever wash off and keeps plastic looking like new! It is an actual coating not a protectant that washes off like 303. I live in Phoenix where the sun is ruthless on black plastic. I cannot overstate how great this product is!
