I put on tires and rims from another Toyota product (older 2005)
My tire sensor light will not go off
The Toyota dealer is telling me that I need to buy new tire sensors because my system will not work with that year model, like over $ 100.00 each X (4) plus pay $ 130.00 to reprogram -
These rims came off of a 2005 4-runner
Is there a way to disable to tire warning light ?
Seems like you can remove the dash board and remove the LED light for the tire warning ?
    Anybody got any suggestions ?
    Thanks

A small square of black tape?

Honestly, other than that I would look into doing it the way you said yourself...pull the LED light for it.

Maybe change title of your post to "how to disable tps?" Might get more specific help. Good luck.
