I used to play every night for 2-4 hours. My infant pretty much put that to a halt paired with my work buddy has quit playing. Sadly I have barely played anything at all in a month. Now it's football season then hunting and I still gotta finish DOOM

So did the new update and gear sets drop yet? Las time I actually played was the first week they done care packages in the open world

 

Underground is active now. Also supply drop in the open area. There are a few new gear sets I believe. All my crap is teal now.

 

Yep. I think I'm 16 in ug. My GS is high but honestly my overall stats took a big hit because of it lol. The metrics of this game confuse me

 

I try to always keep 2 lone star pieces for the ammo capacity. I'm not sure what else I have equipped on my main character. I have 2 lvl 30 characters and a low level 3rd who is basically my inventory overflow character

I downloaded the beta... then the servers were down... still have yet to play.

 

I had some issues last night w/ it when I got on. For the most part no problems.

Not missing much. It's not remotely close to the game we were promised.

 

It's just a hardline overlay...but I can't make that call, it was a beta.

 

This is just my opinion. I know there are plenty of people that like the game and are satisfied with playing it. That's fine and if you enjoy it then that is what it's all about.

My issue with the game is what we were promised over 3yrs ago and what they delivered were two completely different games. I realize certain things throughout game development will change during the process of making a game but in the end it's not even close to the original conception. The game itself is so convoluted that it makes it unbearable (for me) to play. The DZ when first released wasn't bad but now the last time I played it, it is completely broken.

The daily missions are a grind and shooting a dude running at you with a baseball bat and emptying an entire clip into his face before he goes down requires such a suspension of disbelief that I just don't possess. I did come back to the game when The Underground was released and although it was better it still (IMO) wasn't fun.

Quite honestly I'm sick of game developers promising one thing and delivering another. No Man's Sky is the latest to fall into that category. I watched that game for over 2 years and it absolutely sucks. Nothing he said about the game was true other than procedurally generated worlds. That's it. Gamestop ended up buying that game back from me at full price. I know Sony, MS, and others were giving full refunds on the game because it wasn't what it was supposed to be. I hope that trend continues since it will keep developers from making promises they can't keep.

 

I really can't disagree with with you....Call of Duty is probably the best example of capitalizing on crap, and people are aware of it....when they went with the futuristic crap i let the series go, I'm also disappointed in myself for being excited to get infinite warfare just to throw it in the garbage just to play MW remastered so I can relive the days when I had a blast playing fps's.

When is ps4 gonna get a decent racing game for christ sakes?

And can we bring back 4x4 EVO? Man I miss that game.

 

LOL... I'm in the exact same boat as you with CoD. I'm buying it for the remastered version of Modern Warfare. That game was so good.

GT7 (8-9-10- whatever version it's going to be) is the next racing game I suppose. I bought Assetto Corsa and it is a very good sim but pretty thin in the options dept. The racing is solid and it has the Nurburgring so that's really all I care about. My dream is to one day make one lap on that track (in a ring taxi of course).

But the racing is solid. Here is a lap of me running the ring in a lotus. Topped out at 193mph with the setup I was running.
