    Awesome!!

I've been trying to find local Tacoma guys. This will be perfect to meet people.
I've got some first gen spare parts I will bring if anyone wants em for free.

Front diff, spindles and some other shit. If they r still there at the end of the day I'll toss em.

I don't plan to work on vehicle. I'm ordering bushings for my steering rack but that'll be a timely job to do so I'll prob save it for my own time.

Ill snatch those spindles if your tossing them! Also steering rack bushings isnt too terrible of a job. Just need a can of pb blaster a good sized breaker bar and a torque wrench after. Shouldnt even have to lift the truck

Yeah I'm getting a clunk when turning left so I think thats what it is.
I wanna see though cus I might get a new rack. I gotta check the play in the rack itself.

When I say spindles I mean spindles and not the hubs. Just so were sure.

Same here. Loud pop when turning hard left or right. But goes away when skid plate is off

I'll take the diff if Rob is willing to pick it up for me. Plan on regearing eventually and it would be nice to use a spare.

Actually, anyone know how to take apart a CV axle? I need to pull apart my extended axle and get a new Spindle side installed and then install a new wheel hub while its all apart. i've never done CV axles before and would love to learn how

Are you talking about pressing the wheel hub inside the spindle ?

No, it's an assembled wheel hub I can install just fine, my problem is the CV axle threads in the spindle are pretty much done, nut is crossthreaded on. I have a spare axle that I need to break down and replace the outer CV on the extended axle with the spare. I've never fucked with CV's before so I'd prefer someone with experience show me/help me with it

    stuff
 I wouldn't want my front end held together by a crossthreaded axle nut that's supposed to be torqued to 173 ft/lbs!!

FWIW they're easy peasy. Loosen axle nut. Undo the bottom two spindle bolts and swing outta the way. Tap out cv fron the diff. Reverse to install new. Done.
