    OP, this looks like a standard steel bumper. High clearance usually means you're cutting the lower part of your bedsides. Just an FYI in case you choose to update the title.

    Hey bud I understand that however Allpro calls this there high clearance rear plate bumper. And it's aluminum. I might have to post my receipt to prove the value here. Thanks again!

    I fit a 33 just fine with the stock hitch. The All Pro sits behind the bumper, not under it. This is why it won't fit a spare that's larger than stock.

    Just a public service announcement.

    Somebody on the East coast could indeed save a little money here.

    But, it's not a high clearance bumper - no matter what ALL Poo calls it.
