When I have to put the headlights on when the wipers go on for daytime rain (state law), my displays dim, truck is apparently assuming it is night time and less light is needed.
Is there an easy way to adjust for this? Without having to turn brightness up and down every tine you turn the wipers on and off during the day?

    Nothing yet....im a poor bastard.
the display changes with the lights coming on....not the wipers. And I wish that was law in Texas. But it would be nice if there was a setting that allowed the nav and such to stay on day mode during daytime hours even with the lights on. Kinda like an old Garmin gps....turned to night mode at a certain time of the evening.

You just click back off the daytime mode.

Found it annoying and confusing at first, now, no big deal.

The interior displays lights should automatically dim or brighten depending on the outside light.

thought i was the only one that noticed this, cant understand why the GPS doesn't darken to night mode automatically and why the dash lights arent lit when engine is running instead of having to turn the lights on. i have never had a vehicle that was so much work to drive. lights on, lights off, cant see dash, gps too bright at night, go into settings to take off day mode. OOOMMMGGGG it never ends, its work work work to drive this truck.
