Yeah I get it now, my bad I thought in the SR thread people would post pictures of an SR model. I wouldn't think that people would see the thread marked "SR let's see them" and then post a picture of their SR5 but whatever

How about getting some interior photos in this thread? I'd like to see some pictures of the dash panel, audio/AC, seats, etc.

Next March, i will be getting my sr ac 5mt 4x4. im not shure if i want to get utility package or not. Ive been trying to find reviews on these trucks, and it seems info or owners reviews are impossible to find. i think someone should do a owners review of these trucks, as it seems they are more rare of a truck then the sports or trds.

Thanks i sent you a PM.

I think in my opinion, the base sr with the 5speed is a better truck and is more raw of what trucks use to be in my opinion, For the money compared to the trd's. Not only that, some people just don't have the money to throw down for the trd's or like me don't want to spend the extra money on one. and lets say you save about 10k Buying the base truck compared to paying the premium for a trd, if you can wheel and deal good. Say you spend a few grand doing light mods to the sr's. tires, a winch, a locker, and a small lift. at that point you more then likely have a better more capable truck then the trd's and still have money left over to tuck back into your saving. other then power, but powers not everything. learned that with 100hp miata, and 90 hp yj.

I've had an SR MT 2.7L for 3 1/2 months, and will hit 12k miles this week, if you have any questions.

I didn't get the 'utility' package, which I'm fine with. I like having the jump seats for friends for short trips (useful for getting around town, or from 2WD to 4WD trailheads in the mountains). I've been fine with the power, that's what the gears are for. I've been mostly happy with the options that do/don't come with the SR. I slightly miss having intermittent wipers, but that's an easy, sub $100 fix. I do miss having fog lights, but haven't really needed them yet, so I'll probably add those at a later date. Very happy with the base level Entune Audio. I don't need satellite radio, or navigation on the head unit, I figure that's what my phone is for (and it plays quite nicely with my iphone).
