Do you mean if it has all the decals? Not really sure what you mean by full label. Decals can be purchased online or Cboy808 can make custom decals.

Most members pell off the decals and throw them away. The Toyota and Tacoma badges often get the same treatment.

I meant the once that tells you if the body parts are the originals in order to know if any body part has been replace for any reason.

Is it because the color looks slightly different sometimes? Like front door to back door? Or grill surround to hood?

    Serial number matched parts.
Used to be little 1/4 inch wide stickers about 3 inches long.
    Back in 1990..
I know my truck has replacement panels so I didn't bother to look for any.
    Just ask the seller?

Just drive it down a really narrow trail and scratch it all to hell.

Look inside of the drivers side door.
On the door jamb or pillar.
All the labels you need will be there.
If there are no labels then someone peeled them off.

Right... If it were rebuilt it would have a rebuilt certification sticker.
    Required by law.
The rebuilt classification means an insurance company totaled it and someone picked it up.
    And restored, or rebuilt it.
If your truck does not have this sticker "rebuilt" then there's no issue.
Mine is rebuilt, but I knew what I was buying before I put cash on the table.
If you think there is a panel ...
That was replaced.... then look at attach points, there will generally be a screw or clip missing. Or 2 or 3
