When I hit 1250 RPMS and more noticeably at 1750 RPMs I can hear something vibrate. It sounds like a thin piece of metal because the sound is almost a buzz. It sounds like it is coming from under the passenger side near their footwell. I can hold 1750 RPMs and it will keep buzzing.

    Any ideas?

    you were right.

Some rivots popped out on the heat shield near the front axle and I tied it together with some copper wire. Nice and quiet now.
